Since I returned from the UK a few days ago, I haven't been or felt myself at all. Obviously I tried pushing the blame to the jet lag, and the difference in time zones that I have to adjust back to, but I know that these are all just excuses for me to pinpoint the problem. My mind has been in a whirlwind ever since, and I can't seem to eat or sleep or do anything properly. Sometimes, my heart skips a beat and I find myself trying to catch my breath. Other days, it just sinks into this bottomless pit that I can't resist falling into. I catch myself smiling like an idiot at days, yet frowning deep in thought as my fear starts to roll in and devour me. Its all a fucking game. Period. We all have to learn how to play our cards right, read someone else's mind, to gain the upper hand. Scary huh? But you see, everyone wants to win, no one wants to be the loser. So are you able to throw aside all your emotions to get to that point? How far would you go to stay guarded? That's something that I would have to decide.

Samuel Tan is a cat without whiskers. Actually he was just being vain (as always) and was wearing the mask that can remove black heads. Seriously, he is the only guy I know who wears a facial mask every single day. Talk about being metrosexual or SNAG or whatever.

Bath is so boringgggg. This officially confirms that I am a city person; I will not survive a week in the countryside or in a small town. Because the boredom almost drove me to my grave, I was so relieved and happy to have their company on MSN. Thank God for technology, and skype and msn. Really made my whole morning till noon time bearable, after which I decided to take a short run and walk to the city centre. Okay there's nothing much here actually; almost everything shuts down at 6pm except for the supermarkets, bars and some restaurants.

So when people asked me online what am I doing, I said I am in Bath. And the typical answer I get from them is "huh? And you can use the laptop and msn when u are in bath?" Bath = bathe= shower. I think you get the picture. LOL. At least five have asked me the same thing, not knowing that Bath is actually part of the United Kingdom. Its ok, I myself didn't know that Bath existed before I decided to visit this place. It's just really funny. Alright am gonna crash now, so damn tired from... doing nothing.

I don't get it, honestly, I don't. How can the heart sway and falter so easily? Or is it simply because everyone is deluding themselves all the time, trying to make the best out of their current partners to fill the void in their lives and avoid lonely spells that kills. When you are with her, you are thinking about another girl, but you tell her you love her and that she is all you want and need. When you are with him, are you constantly asking yourself is he the one, or you are just settling for the sake of it. Love, fairytales and happily-afters do not exist in my world; I just don't believe in them. We can never be truly sastisifed or contented, and more often than not, we decide on something because we cannot get better. Or we might get what we want, to want something even better after that. Everything is a joke at the end of the day. They say if you love someone, you have to be compromising, accomodating and understanding. That is why love isn't enough, because when it vanishes from the relationship, all the above elements disappear alongside it as well. What's left are just broken pieces to be picked up, and no matter how hard you try to piece them back together, it will never return to its original state. I know I sound cynical and skeptical about it, but face it darling, its the sad truth.

London was awesome. But right now I am in Bath and its so boring. The place is gorgeous, but I think I will cry everyday if I were to live here for long. Last night in London was dope. We went bar hopping and club hopping on a tuesday night! UK is about half a day behind. lol. We started off with really good cocktails first at this bar, but it closed at 11pm. So we scooted off to this club/bar called 49 or something. After a few more shots, cocktails and drinks, A. went to buy a bottle of Grey Goose. Brilliant! The 4 of us gulped down more than 3/4 of the bottle in less than an hour. At our peak already, 49 had to close at 2am. We then left for this club in Soho I think, was too high at that time already, and drank even more. OMG. But it was good fun with the new friends that V introduced. Partied till like 6am and then went for breakfast at Macs intoxicated! By the time I got back to the hotel, it was like 6.30am, slept til 11am and had to pack to go to Bath. Will be stuck here for one and a half days more. Gosh. Can't wait for friday, gonna head to Leicester to meet Alex! Till then, xoxo.

There's always two sides to a story, and as third parties, we will never know the whole truth. Besides, words and facts get twisted along the way somehow, that's how false rumors start spreading like wildfire. Precisely because people start adding certain details to spice up the whole story. Secrets can never really be kept as a secret. Why? Because A tells B not to tell, but B tells C and tells C not to divulge but C tells D and D tells E blah blah, and so its a vicious cycle. Soon enough, the whole world knows about it! I myself am guilty as charged, and I am sure everyone is as well to a certain extent. But I am trying not to do that anymore by keeping things to myself and only myself. So much has been happening lately to the people around me, and I realized how ordeals can either break friendships apart or make them stronger. Growing up is such a pain, what happened to "friends forever", giving of Chupa Chups, the whole "I don't friend you anymore" episodes only to befriend the friend again couple of minutes later. As life throws its shit at us, squabbles are not about the unwillingness to share toys or candies anymore. Money issues, relationships, backstabbing; all these come into play and its indeed scary. But its because of these that we also realize who our true friends are at the end of the day; who are the ones who really stick by us through thick and thin no matter what.

I am jet-setting off in a couple of hours, and the path ahead of me is still a blur. I know I would have to come to a decision within the next few days, and it scares the shit outta me because of all the "what-ifs" and I am afraid of making the wrong decision. This time, I am trusting God for what He wants for me.

Butter in December

Barely slept for 2 hours last night and I am in the office since 9am. How did that ever happen? Well, it started off with butter with the girlfriends after not visiting butter for donkey years already. The night turned out really fun; we were jumping all over the place screaming our lungs out, twirling each other around like unrefined ballerinas. More like us attending a rock concert than going to a club. Seriously I don't get how we were able to jump so much in our heels, geesh. Then, we were supposed to head to Zouk, but S wanted to go to Nana for ka-ri-oki so all of us scooted off to Nana instead. We sang and ate and drank and sung even more till Nana was empty and we were chased out of the ktv room. LOL. We didn't wanna leave ok but it was 6am and they were closing :(

I promised the poor boy I would meet him after I am done partying, and he stayed up till 4am for me. So sweet, but I ran off to KTV instead and forgot about him. But he is not even mad at me, lol, though I think I dropped from no. 2 in ranking to no. 4 or 5 instead. Nvm, I will make it up to him. Even though i have 101 things to do right now, I don't know where to start, how to start, and so I procrastinate again and do things that I shouldn't be doing. Doesn't matter, I am starting right this second. Have a nice long weekend!

Couldn't stop bursting into bouts of laughter after seeing his reply, in the middle of the sad show. Couldn't stop laughing after the show, and when we were in the cab home. Couldn't stop laughing when I got home and until now. After I got home, my dad came into my room.

Dad: Just now your brother saw a lizard crawling on your bed

Me: Why you never help me catch?

Dad: I scared of lizards!

Me: WAHAHAHAH

Dad: Better be careful, later tonight you sleep, the lizard crawl into your mouth, nose and ear!

Me: Ok, anyway dessert is not spelt as D-E-S-E-R-T. That's desert. You have to add an additional "S". And lizard is not spelt that way too.

Dad: Aiya all sound the same la, one with extra "S", "D" and "L" also no difference. Dessert and lizard sound the same also. Never mind la. My english is lousy.

Anyway, "The Last Song" was really good, albeit the fact that I dislike Miley to a large extent, but this movie is way better than "Dear John". Can't wait to get my hands on the book, without Miley's face on the cover of course. The little brother in the show certainly did make the movie much more enjoyable, with hilarious moments in between, so overall it wasn't as sad as the other Nicholas Sparks movies. I especially liked how the movie focused on the relationship between a father and his daughter, instead of the usual exaggerated romance. Am at work now, and there's nothing for me to do at the moment, but this is where I have to end off :)

I have fake acrylic nails on my fingers, 6 of them, because 4 dropped off. Lol. All consisting of different colours, polka-dotted with pearls, very lovely, thanks to Tokyo! Well initially, I thought you had to glue them to your real fingernails, but upon opening the box, there were sticker pads instead. One for each finger and a few extras. They don't really last, or maybe I am just very rough with the way I do things. The next time I am flying to Tokyo again, I will buy a whole deck of stickers! Its so much cheaper than manicure and nail art as well. After reading "Twenties Girl" by Sophie Kinsella, I am so psyched for London end of this month, and maybe for the next few years to come! Can't wait to visit The London Eye, watch musicals and plays all night long, party on the Thames River, there's so much to do and see in London. Well of course, I am visiting Bath, Birmingham and Manchester as well! Its so much trouble planning for a Europe trip free & easy, since last year we went with a tour group and they planned everything for us. But I hate guided tours, its so restrictive, with strict time constraints, not forgetting the early wake-up calls at 6am, and the long coach rides which can take up to 6-7 hours travelling from cities to cities. Ok I am actually at work now, but I have kinda finished my job, technically speaking. Hitting the gym after, followed by some sinfully delicious xiao long baos! Happy Monday!

In fact, you might find something particularly distasteful before, pleasurable at present. What an irony. Its all in the mind; we are continuously playing mind games with ourselves all the time. Then we hear this tiny little voice, a murmur, anything that distracts us from our thoughts, but we brush it aside. Is that our conscience speaking? Or our inner self at foul play? We cannot decide, or rather we do not know which is what. Life is a game of poker; you have to learn how to read people without having them know your thoughts, your secrets and your fears. Sometimes its good to hide in that shell, where nothing in the world can ever hurt you. Sometimes, its good to put on a facade, who the hell cares if you are fake or superficial, genuine or indifferent. Everyone puts up a front, no one reveals their true self. Lies are spreading across the world faster than the spread of diseases. Who do you trust at the end of the day? No one.

Is that a good thing? It might be as a matter of fact. There are no rights, there are no wrongs. Everyone has different perspectives, opinions and feelings, that carry with them an associated behavioural pattern. So no one is to blame, no one is at fault. Who are we to judge, when we are not perfect in entirety ourselves. Fate does not exist, so does destiny. Everything is just mere coincidence, a passing of a chance or an opportunity. You either grab it, or you let it slip pass your fingers.

I literally had to pull my soles out of my heels cause they were dangling away, stuffed them in my pouch! YES my clutch which is freaking hell small, two of them, stuffed with other nonsense like my contact lens casing, camera, wallet etc. I think I broke my toe and my thumb. OUCH. Hurts so badly right now. I was on the way back and I was like SHIT why are there so many people at the bus stop? Its like early in the morning! To realize that people had to go to school and work. CRAP. While I just came back from? Errr nvm. Hell of a night I would say. So glad I got to meet the girls after donkey years. And then to Zouk for some crazy nonsense with B, J, XT and others. Ok. I am gonna ramble and complain till there is no tomorrow. Tioman is a shit place, apart from the people, the nightlife, the clear water, beaches and everything else, it is the worse place I have been to EVER. Never going back there again, NEVER.

First day when we reached there, and checked into our so-called "resort", I wanted to faint like literally faint. I even considered heading back home straight away but I couldn't. The image in my mind was that of the resorts in Bintan, like Clubmed that I went to a couple of years ago or just Angsana Resort. But yeah you get the drift, the word resort simply implied nice rooms, comfy sheets, shower (not even a bathtub), basically just what a resort is and should be. NO, I was so WRONG. It was like the army camps, even worse than that. Well the boys were alright with it, I mean they go through army and all but I was freaking out. Our rooms were a 4-5 people's room, no rephrase that, bunk would be more appropriate. The beds consisted of double decker beds, with blankets that were rags! The toilets were even better! No hot water!!!!!! And freaking dirty and disgustingly horrid, with mould and fungus all over the walls. EWWWWW. Food was so yucky. I didn't even eat at all. I mean they served us a sumptuous meal on the first day for lunch, so we thought hey at least there's nice food. Yeah but it was like serving you nice food first to prepare for your death sentence, get what I mean. LOL. The food they served after that for breakfast, lunch and dinner was either inedible or everyone simply rushed to pile up their plates with mountainous amounts that there was none left for us. No restocking of food as well except for the eggs! urrrgh. To be fair, the last dinner was quite alright, with a whole load of barbecued seafood which tasted pretty good.

Here comes the angry, angsty irritated bit. Me, Mich and Joel were bitten by bed bugs. YES bed bugs! We 3 shared the same bed. Initially I had bumps all over my body on the second day which were awfully itchy so I thought they were either mosquito bites or sand fly bites. Well, Mich and Joel had a few too but not as bad as mine. So we kinda ignored them, applied those nonsense insect bite gel thingy that we bought there. On the last day, our bumps got so red and swollen, itchy and painful we couldn't stop scratching them. Anyway, yeah wth bed bugs eh! Gross. Thank God I immediately went to the doctor after I came back to Singapore and he gave me calamine lotion to apply. So I am under confinement lol, cause I look like I got leprosy or some skin disease if I step out of the house. Plus calamine lotion leaves blotches of white patches all over the affected areas.

So finally, it was time to head back. I was so happy, ecstatic, excited, elated. I hated that damn place, wanted to go home so badly. Imagine the amount of happy hormones that were pumping within me. But it doesn't end here. From the island, we had to take a ferry to Mersing terminal. From Mersing we then had to take a van back to Singapore. When we were in the van, making our way back to Woodlands checkpoint, there was a massive jam. Like we only managed to move 1cm in half an hour those kind. A bit exaggerating, but something along those lines. The police blocked off the roads, and of course there was only one road, one path, one way back and we die die had to be stuck in it. As if the traffic jam wasn't bad enough, there was barely any air-conditioning in the van, and the sun was directly shining into the van without any blinds to block off the sun and the heat. The uncle refused/act dumb/was just being racist (cause he malay, not saying that all malays are though) to turn up the air-conditioning or increase the fan speed, just turned a deaf ear on our pleas/cries/screams. Joel's father even flared up at him and he just ignored. OMG. Wanted to die. The boys wanted to perish with him together if it was not for us ladies in the van as well. Grrrr. We were trapped inside for I think 3-4 hours? Sobs.

My holiday turned bad. Lol. For all these unbearable incidents la, but aside from that I had so much fun! Snorkeling, looking at corals and fishes (though I am scared of them) haha. Ian told me that if I stepped onto a coral I would die, and I accidentally stepped on one, I thought I was gonna die! So melodramatic, I was preparing to give a good bye speech already, lol. But he was obviously pulling my leg. Its the corals that would die. Night life there was great. Though there is only one small bar that everyone gathers, people there are so friendly, I got to know so many people there. And the beer was bloody cheap we drank almost 3-4 dozens every night. Getting high, tipsy not drunk, playing stupid drinking games and rolling all about because of those hilarious moments, and so much more. All in all, I am so glad to be home.

Very random, but Heidi Montag looks like a rag now. I can't stop gagging at her new face, its horrendous. She used to be so pretty and natural, but now she looks like a possessed barbie. And her music video, seriously, what was she thinking. Lol. I think its called superficial or something, and I heard she and Spencer went broke after the plastic surgery + music video which are all total failures.

Ok sorry for the incessant ramblings, this is where I end off. :)

Such a cute friend I have. Cut the long story short, I was supposed to meet my happy pill an hour ago, cause he wanted to bring me out to have fish soup. But my dear daddy woke up before I could sneak out of the house. So oh well, the poor boy has been waiting for me for an hour plus downstairs my house. :(

Last night, I had another episode of my I am so blur-bimbo-retarded, I should shoot myself in the head moments again. J managed to persuade me for T.G.I.O at Chijmes last night, so I decided that I should give myself a break and chill on a Tuesday night. Since it was free-flow of whatever from 8pm-10pm, we had a couple of drinks. Me being me who cannot hold my bladder all the time, especially when I drink, had to visit the toilet urgently. But because we were in the midst of a very intensified and interesting conversation, I kept holding back. And finally when the whole conversation ended (like finally), I headed straight for the toilet, without looking where is the gents and ladies. I noticed the handicapped one though, but it was hell ass dirty, and I immediately caught a reflection of myself in the mirror at the toilet opposite the handicapped one, so yeah I happily stepped in.

It was empty and I was happy. I like empty toilets. There were 3 cubicles and obviously they were empty, then I looked to my right, there were 2 urinals. So as I went in to the last cubicle, I was thinking to myself how strange it was to have urinals in a girl's toilet. Plus there were 2, so i thought nvm must be for the little boys following their mummies to the toilet. So thoughtful of the management la to include urinals for little boys to use. When I was zipping up my pants, I heard girls giggling from outside so I thought, crap they are coming in to the toilet. As I stepped out of my cubicle, strangely I did not see anyone or any girls, so it was kinda weird considering I only heard their voices seconds ago.

Then when I looked towards the urinal, I saw a tall, well-built, figure, with the back facing me. Doesn't look like a girl to me in anyway, I thought to myself, before realizing its the opposite gender, um yeah urinating. I wanted to scream "you pervert, what the hell are you doing in a girl's toilet, using the urinal meant for small kids" But of course, I suddenly came to my senses that hey this the guys toilet that I am in. I fled the scene immediately, trying so hard to prevent the clickety clack of my heels from grabbing hold of his attention. Or else jaws would drop and I might be nabbed away as a sicko pervert.

Anyway, I think he did not notice me or knew that a girl was in the toilet as he was doing his business lol. Thankfully, no one was outside as well or else I could just die from embarrassment. Seriously, my cheeks were as red as a baboon's ass, maybe redder. As usual, everyone couldn't stop laughing when I told them what happened. Nevertheless, it was a good night minus my little incident. Greetings fellow earthlings. So you see, this has been the norm for me for say the past 2 weeks? Sleeping into the late afternoons, and being awake in the wee hours of the morning. Sheesh, my skin is suffering from this. Technically speaking, I have no social life or whatsoever for the last couple of weeks, except for the occasional birthday parties. But yeah, I am still stuck in my bubble, preparing for the much dreaded upcoming exam. Honestly, my confidence level is not exactly at its peak, making me feel useless even though I tried putting in my best effort. Never mind, I shall take comfort in resting.

The European ban on air travel is getting me all panicky for my trip this summer to the UK! Can't believe that such a crisis had caused far more detrimental effects to the economy and the aviation industry than the 911 attacks. I feel for the tourists stuck in the other parts of the world, not KNOWING when are they able to return home. On the other hand, I am becoming increasingly interested in this whole volcanic eruption incident. The news reported that scientists are actually at the site, monitoring when the dormant volcano would wake up from its slumber, but how do they actually do so? What happens if unexpectedly, the volcano throws a bitch fit, spewing lava and its other remains out of its stomach? I mean anything can happen. I am just curious btw. Anyway, the pictures captured from this natural phenomenon were amazingly spectacular.

Its tragic with the turmoil that the Thais are facing now. Bangkok has always been one of my favourite country,for its food, shopping, night life, and their people. Thais are exceptionally friendly, helpful, hospitable and kind. The political upheaval has been ongoing ever since the first time I visited Thailand, which was about 4-5 years back. 2 years ago, when I was in BKK, I still remembered walking beside the protestors on the streets. This was how safe I felt in Thailand and among the people. lol. But the situation now has worsened, and I hope that a peaceful resolution would end this ongoing struggle. I would really wanna fly over soon to eat, shop and go for massages!

RCA is more for the international crowd, something like our Clarke Quay in Singapore. If you wanna try clubs similar to Zouk or Butter which are more happening, you have to go to their local clubs.Unfortunately, I can't seem to recall the one that my Thai friends brought me to the other time.

My polka-dotty nails. This is something every girl has to do in BKK cause it blardy CHEAPPPPP. Less than 10 bucks for express, 20ish for nail art like mine, and about 40-50 bucks for acrylic nails with nail art. Its every girl's haven.

Beef noodles are a MUST TRY in BKK. Don't bother going to restaurants because the road side stalls and little shop houses serve the best authentic beef noodles! And its only about a dollar for a yummylicious bowl!

Our 4-star hotel (can't remember the name of it), but we got it at half price thanks to Ben.

MISS THIS SO MUCH. Unfortunately, I have no idea what's it called. Its akin to the char siew roasted pork rice we have in Singapore, but tastes a 1000x nicer. We tried this at Platinum's food court, and couldn't resist buying a few more plates.

Really enjoyed the times spent in BKK. Drinking every night in the hotel rooms though I am always the first to retire to bed. The lupsupness, dirty jokes, eating, shopping, the company itself was splendid. Makes me wanna go on a holiday n-o-w. We had to take 3 cable cars to the peak. This was the rotating and the third one.

I almost froze to death. It was minus 3 degree celsius. All I wore was a pair of leggings (non-thermal), a shirt which is ultra thin, a leather jacket (not even real leather), scarf and gloves. Yes I survived for only 15-20 mins out in the cold, before running indoors for warmth. But I cannot resist the picturesque scenery, so I would head out into the snow again. After 3 such intervals, my ears were so red and painful, I was so afraid they were gonna drop off. I had to stand under the hand dryer for about 15 mins to defrost them. lol.

My teeth were clattering and I was shivering like crazy, while trying to smile for the camera. Muscle Spasm sia.

If you visit Europe, you have to go to Switzerland, especially the mountains. It is by far one of the most beautiful and scenic places I have ever been to. In fact, I prefer Switzerland to Paris hands down. Was such a waste cause we didn't have enough time to head down to Geneva to paraglide, sky-dive etc. Anyway the place that we visited was Lucern, not even Zurich. I am definitely gonna explore the whole of Switzerland someday. *HINT* Next holiday destination please, throw in a USA package too! Actually we bought a book on Switzerland a year ago. Supposed to head there for Christmas but we decided to go to Korea instead. So now its collecting dust at my house. grrrr. I wanna put it to good use SOON! Bigger Hint.

So that day, we decided to play "catch catch". I think its a complete waste of money, cause 9 out of 10 times, you don't get anything. But its still the excitement and adrenalin rush that entices you, especially if you catch something. The sense of accomplishment is machiam like strike lottery. As you know, the people tending the shop will always shift the toy back to a very difficult position to make you spend more money la. Very evil! However, in Tokyo right, the person will actually ask which toy you wanna catch, and place it in a very easy spot. We caught a couple and spent less than 10SGD on our catches. Usually, you can grab something on your first try. Japanese people are so nice! Going back, we spent like almost 20 bucks on nothing. pffftttt. X then secretly bought me some stuffed toys from a shop la, not that I am a sucker for teddy bears, hello kitties and whatnots. But it was really sweet cause considering the way he is, he will not buy all these nonsense. He thinks its damn gay to buy soft toys for girls. Nvm, next time they should have catch catch machines for Chanel, Prada, Miu Miu, LV, blah blah. Then when we can't catch anything, he can secretly go buy them from the boutiques for me. Yay, how awesome! Lol, I am just joking.

So my saturday was spent being a model for S, a very unflattering and unprofessional one though. lol. One of the best nights I had all thanks to our happy potion!

Weekly golf sessions with Kinga from Hungary, Max from England and Peter from Switzerland.

Happy times which I miss very much. That particular night, the 3 of us ladies downed more than 3/4 of that happy potion in less than an hour. Thanks to our very impromptu decision to head down to Butter at 11pm. Thus trying to attain our goal of getting high before the clock struck 12. There are so many things that I miss, now that I have taken a step back to view things as it is at present and then. I miss going to school and having lessons where most of the time, the classmates and I end up bitching or gossiping. I miss having lunch/dinner/supper with the girls during breaks or after school. I miss being a student and waking up late during the weekdays when I have a late lecture/tutorial to attend. Most of all, I really miss my friends especially the girls whom I haven't met for donkey years. But at the same time, I enjoy working at my current workplace. I look forward to learning new things and meeting new people. I adore my colleagues who are such a fun bunch. In short, I kinda like my new life.

Sat night was well-spent having dinner with the girls. So excited that we might be jetting off to Taipei in July! And also we are gonna carry out our mission soon. Fishing!!!!! *Ahem* It's a secret. lol. I am currently obsessed with New Asia Bar @ Swissotel. It shall be my next playground since Zouk/Phuture/Butter do not quite appeal to me any longer. Attended a function there on Thursday and since we were on guestlist, we were allowed up to the rooftop. Boy! The view from the 75th storey was spectacular. Love Paris! Really wanna go back there again someday and just explore the city itself. 2 days was way too short a time spent there. So I am back from Tokyo! It was an amazing 5 days; shopping, eating, and more shopping. The weather was so awesome but now I am back to hot & humid Singapore. Can't wait to jet set again in June. Was supposed to leave for Shanghai for work but I can't go now due to the fact that I have to take my IELTS. Gonna make this a real short post cause I am flying off to Tokyo in a few hours time for a couple of days. Not really in the best of moods especially when you are left hanging and there's nth you can do about it within the next few hours and everything can only be settled when I get back. I guess that's the best option available now and I am just trying to stay positive. I just don't wish for history to repeat itself. It was Jw's bdae celebration at Zouk the other night and the Ex was there as well, as expected. So he said words to me that I never thought I would hear from him, ever, since the time I decided that we should not be friends anymore. But sometimes its too late to apologize and regret for what was done or not done. For all those lost time and forsaken memories, for all the times he did not cherish me. I mean I appreciated the fact that he did not give up trying to say what he wanted me to hear that night despite me ignoring him the first few times he tried, and I know he meant what he said and he was truly remorseful for screwing up. But to me, what's in the past has passed and I have moved on. In fact, I am so much happier now with where I am, what I have and the people in my life. I have forgotten and forgave him for everything that he had done but I am not ready to be friends again. Nevertheless, I respect him for his honesty and courage to tell me what he did because it must not be easy for him at all. And most importantly, I finally know that I have done my best and there's nothing left for me to regret on my part. Butr ight now, I just hope for the worse to be over.

So you see, its Monday again. And I can never get anything done on a Monday. The day just spells bumming around. Last Friday, the boys and I headed down to Orchard Towers. For what right? Cause we wanted to get Corey, Jon's friend from Colorado, chais (meaning girls) So where is the best place to get girls? Orchard Towers! Plentiful of them for you to choose from. We toured the area level by level machiam like tourists and then there were these guys (pimps) who asked us to check this place out. Shit I can't rmb what is the name of the bar called, something romance something. But anyway so yeah we decided to check it out. The moment we stepped in, OMG, the place was filled with trannies! Haha, dancing on poles and piling themselves on actual guys la. So Mr. Jon decided to stay and have some fun so we sat at a table and ordered beer. Stella's Birthday - Amara Sanctuary

I had chili crabs for dinner. I loved it. Chili crabs always taste good. I had claypot rice, durians and wanton mee for lunch. All in little portions of course. But they were pretty damn good as well. At the end of the day, I just gained back all the calories or even more than what I have worked off at the gym the past few days. But I can't help it, I love to eat. Like how peanut butter loves jelly. Nvm I am hitting the gym tmr again. The instructors there are really funny. They all think that me and D are bimbos. Pink nails, high ponytails, giggling all the way during classes. Its really hilarious the moves and all and of course when we don't get it, (because its our 1st time) we end up with this lost expression or just laughing away. VERY BIMBOTIC I know. Oh and we were drenched in our perspiration after each session when everyone doesn't even perspire as much as us. Strangely.

Caught "Dear John" last night at 2am. It wasn't as good as I expected it to be cause I am a HUGE fan of Nicholas Sparks. So I felt that the movie did not do him justice. lol. Seriously, he writes the best novels on love, courage and hope. Well, I have yet to read all of his books but I have read most of them and none has ever not made me tear. So if I were to compare the book and the movie, the book is way better hands down. Then some would say the book would always definitely be better. However the movies, "The Notebook" and "A Walk to Remember", both by Nicholas Sparks too, brought out the essence of the book. But "Dear John" did not exactly bring out the emotions portrayed by the characters in the book. Channing Tatum was hot as usual and Amanda Seyfried I felt might not be the most suitable role for Savannah. So yeah it was like watching this hot dude and this blonde girl fighting to keep their love alive but in the midst of it, there was complete emptiness. Although there were a few touching scenes that involved "John's" dad and himself, but that's almost all the sadness in the movie. Alright, enough said. I am gonna go catch some prawns soon :)

ESPIONAGE - SMU Bash

Monday Monday Blues. I scraped off most of my plans for the day. Important they are actually, and I called them off. Can't stand myself at times. Its really such a bad habit. The weekends were dope. Zouk on both Friday and Saturday, well they were unplanned. But yeah both days turned out pretty interesting. Though I am off the whole party-till-you-drop-dead phase long ago, I still enjoy a few drinks, sitting around and talking to people. Anyway I need a job till I decide what the next step will be but I am undecided still. I have a couple of job offers but I just can't seem to drag my lazy ass down for interviews. Plus, I was thinking of traveling for a bit in the meantime. On a side note, I wanna hit the gym so badly since I am bumming around so much so yes I am gonna officially start my training programme in March. Ramen tonight at 313, hope it is as good as everyone says it is. Ciao.

Happy Valentine's Day! Though everyday should be one. lol. Oh and Gong Xi Fa Cai! Had an awesome reunion dinner at Intercontinental Hotel with the Family. And yes I received my red packets. Grandma say to place them under the pillow idk why. Something like the tooth fairy concept I guess? lol. But I am grounded now :(

Not allowed to head out tonight though I really very "gian" to go poker/mahjong/banluck. I messaged Hazel today asking her "Babe, are we playing bahnak at your place this year?" She replied me "Hahahaha banluck la!!! Not bahnak!" Omg I wanna hide my face man, still dream of gambling so much. That time during my internship, I "msn-ed" 2 of my colleagues (internal msn) asking them to stop making me laugh or else I "tio nai-xiong" Omg they bloody bang the table and lol even louder la and I was like wtf? Not realizing my stupidity of course. Then they replied "its lai-xiong! NOT NAI-XIONG!"

In case for those who do not know right, lai-xiong means internal injury. So you cannot control your laughter too much cause you will hurt your internal organs or something like that la. But nai-xiong means breast injury. So yeah I mixed them up which explains why they suddenly burst out laughing. But nvm, proves that I am not some ah lian or whatsoever ok. haha. This is damn nonsense gosh, phone's ringing ciao!

Got a million more albums that I have not yet uploaded dating back 6 months ago till now. These photos are considered to be ancient lol. Ever since the start of this year, my body has been failing me. Falling sick, getting infections and whatnots. I kinda attributed it to the foul weather and the rising stress level and the lack of sleep. No strike that off, I am just getting OLD. Reality check, I have passed the "teen" phase, you know the eight-teen, nine-teen, yeah and boom! Now I am at the "ty" page. Gonna be stuck here forever unless I hit a 100. But no way I don't wanna live till a hundred. With all that on hand, I really have not been doing much or can't be doing much when I am practically swaying most of the time. Not doing me any good when I have project meetings every day & night. Yes night! And I can't make it I think they all hate me, think I am a lazy ass and a good-for-nothing useless bum. I still have a presentation on eve of CNY, tragic huh. But then again, I am quitting school, so why am I bothering myself with all these and getting stressed up over it when I have my applications to be stress with. Its all about prioritizing and right now I think settling my applications should come first.

And people ask me why am I giving up a SMU degree for something else that might not be as good or even doesn't guarantee that I can go to a good Uni after unless I really work my ass off. They say I should stick through with it and persevere for another 3 and a half more years. I know I might seem like a quitter, that I want the easy way out, that I cannot cope with the stress and the amount of work load but I guess this is my decision to make. It doesn't matter what people think or say or how uncertain my choice will affect my future because I know this is what I want. Yes, I am taking a huge risk, but how will I be able to take the leap and reach for the stars if I don't try. Yes I am very very afraid to fall but if I do I will pick myself up and do it all over again. I think the scariest thing in life is losing motivation and the path of direction you are gonna take to attain your goals. Staying on makes me feel this way, that somehow I am going on the wrong path. That with each passing day, I am losing my sense of direction and purpose. And ultimately, I feel that I am losing myself; the driven and determined person who never gives up is slowly fading away. I do not know where she is anymore and that scares the hell outta me. This time, I am gonna follow my heart and make my choice. No matter how stupid or foolish it seems, I don't care anymore. At least I am brave enough to go after what I want and that at any point in time I might just fall hard. But I am not afraid; we should never let fear put us down or be an obstacle to what we aim to achieve. No one said it would be easy but no one said we wouldn't succeed if we never did try.

OMG this is damn funny la! "I wan to bonk a girl" BONK???? Who the hell uses BONK? We were laughing our asses off while reading these threads posted on some forum yesterday. And no we are not dirty minded, we were just in the midst of researching Hotel 81 for one of our projects. Funny thing is we kept reading and reading all the different topics posted like "How I lost my V", like wth V??? By guys ok! LOL. And then there was this one topic on minimum age to book Hotel 81 and one guy went "When your there got hair can book alrdy" HAHAHA. Self-entertainment in a very stress-filled environment for us, only to realize that this forum is some sex discussion forum. It was so clearly stated at the top but we just didn't notice it.

If you are bored or whatever, just go read the stuff posted here. You will laugh until you cry, so blardy hilarious.

OUR EVERYDAY THINGS

It has been more than 3 hours and we are still waiting. Being here, seeing patients get rolled in to the operating theaters, some accompanied by family members, some have none. Once they are inside, their lives lie in the hands of these surgeons. Isn't life so fragile? One moment we can all be well and the next who knows what might happen. All of us should really treasure what we have but its human nature to take things for granted and to not be contented with our present situation. And when we come to the point of realization, isn't it abit too late already? Every 5-10 mins, the doors of the operating theatre will open and family members scurry to look at whether the patient being rolled out is their loved one. Most at the waiting area wear a worried look on their faces as we all continue to wait. It's ironic how we can take charge over our lives when it comes to certain things yet be so vulnerable when it comes to situations as such. We see people displaying their weakest forms at times like this.

Last enquiry response at 10.55am: Operation still in progress.

I have faith that everything will be ok.

DRUNK DADDY

Dad: *Comes home staggering*

"Hi Girl, I am drunk! "

Me: *Gives him the shocked look*

"Huh? How come you get drunk so easily?"

Dad: "Cause the red wine was damn strong, I drank 2 bottles and had to ask my friend to stop the car to puke and I puked alot"

Me: *Didn't know what to say*

"Errrr ok then how are you feeling now?"

(Can you imagine your father telling you he's drunk and he puked, how to answer sia? )

Dad: *Staggers to the kitchen toilet and then there was silence... for only a moment*

1.15am:

*Sounds of puking and flushing of toilet* Continued all the way like non-stop action till....

1.45am:

*Absolute silence*

1.50am:

Dad: *Still in toilet*

"Girl, can you pass me fisherman?" (Fisherman's friend)

Me: *Picks up the fisherman from the dining table and walked over to the kitchen toilet.*

*Gasp in horror when I saw my father lying on the toilet floor next to the toilet bowl.*

"OMG why you so chialat sia!"

Dad: "I don't know. How do you handle your drunk moments ah?"

Me: *STUNNED!*

"Erm, I don't know. I have never been so drunk in your state before."

(Did not know what to do or say so I walked away first, plus still puking I think)

2.00am:

*Absolute silence*

2.10am:

I decided to go check on him and lo and behold, he was sleeping in the toilet on the floor la.

Me: "Dad, can you wake up and go wash up. Don't sleep in the toilet."

Dad: *Spoke gibberish* & continued lying in the toilet

Completely knocked out la! OMG. How??? I don't know what to do. Let him sleep in the toilet or carry him into the room. My mom will flip I swear. In my whole 20 years, I have NEVER EVER seen my father drunk before. It was always ME, but never in such a bad state as him la. I still knew how to shower and bathe and sleep on the bed. HOW HOW HOW??? This is so warped, like I am the parent now and he's the drunk teenager who's gonna nurse a really bad hangover tmr. Plus I am working on my assignments till now on a Friday night and he goes out to have fun! LOL. Role reversal. How interesting. Not to be mean or anything but you will really understand when you see ur parent drunk in the same state as my dad is right now.

He is still sleeping in the toilet.

And I do not know what to do still. :s
