GRADUATION DAY

Mortons

I wouldn't give up anything for the 3 years spent in TP. It had been a fulfilling journey for me. The people that I met, the friendships that were made, the wonderful teachers that taught me and lessons that I have learnt will always remain a part of my life. Honestly, I miss those times very much. Every morning I would wake up feeling happy and motivated to go to school, partly due to the fun I had in class. The classmates have been nothing short of being awesome and extremely humorous. Inevitably, there were bad times as well but the good times certainly outweighed the bad. Initially my teachers from my secondary school discouraged me from going to a polytechnic as I could have easily entered into a Junior College. Not only that, I received skeptical remarks from people regarding my choice to go to a polytechnic. It was not that I didn't like JC life, I very much enjoyed my time in SAJC  during the first 3 months though I skipped school almost everyday. But I just didn't wanna study things that were irrelevant to what I wanted to do in the future. So I stuck by my laurels and I haven't regretted since then even up to this day.

Now that I am studying in SMU, things are certainly very different. The workload is insane; we have so much of readings to do everyday plus assignments plus projects plus tests. In addition, we are all very involved with school activities because SMU provides a holistic approach regarding our education and student life. Almost every student in SMU are muggers, I swear by that. The school is filled with students studying and revising on Saturdays and Sundays even. Plus I heard that they camp in the library during study breaks before the exams. That's why I have no social life now cause my life is just revolving around school. But the friends that I have made are very very nice people who never fails to help and encourage one another which I am very thankful for. Its not easy to make friends in Uni because of the way classes are scheduled and arranged. So 4 years to go and I am barely past the first. I am keeping my fingers crossed! Upcoming tests starting from tomorrow but the following week is recess week where I can regain a part of my social life and meet up with friends that I have been neglecting not that I want to but I don't have a choice. So enjoy your lazy sunday which is by far my favorite and most hated day of the week. What an irony! Laters.

FUZZY WUZZY

I gotta feeling...

Okay I know this space has been rather dead but I am just so beezeeee, what's new now right? I have two term tests next week and one essay assignment due as well. But after that its recess week which spells partayes and little getaways. Can't wait can't wait! The weekends were nothing short of awesome though I slacked and slept most of it away, very guilty about it but no point crying over spilt milk.

Friday: Wakeboarding in the morning with the boys followed by SMIF meeting, then rushed back home to get ready for the wakeboarders gathering at Shu's house. Tubs of alcohol and a game of truth and dare where it involved kissing of asses, lovebites on the tummy, nibbles behind the ear, making out with the same sex with the opposite sex whatever as long as tongue is involved and yes more alcohol. Went down to Butter at 1am to meet the girlfriends were we partied the rest of the night away till 5am and I concussed  on the bed immediately when I got home without removing my makeup.

Saturday: Spent almost 1/2 of the day sleeping, laying on the couch and watching teevo, went to Raegan's birthday dinner at Seletar which is famous for their level 30 spicy chicken. We didn't manage to conquer level 30 because by level 5, we were already breaking out in sweat. Went home after that to watch Boys Over Flowers and concussed again!

Sunday: Cherynn's birthday party at Amara Sanctuary Villa

Monday was just nonsensical and Tuesday was just bouts of laughter with the girls. From gossiping, to playing bang bang bang who died, to stupid lame tricks, Fuzzy Wuzzy, open close close open blah blah. Yeah and pretending to be from China, Thailand, Philippines, Taiwan to trick Bellie's friend from thinking that we are foreign exchange students. Taking photos of boobies exposing nipples. Drove down to Chomps for supper and wanted to study at Macs but it was closed! Haha how smart we are lah. Not used to listing my events chronologically but this is evidence of how I am trying to summarize everything, something I learned in my Academic Writing class which is driving me nuts especially with that essay I have to submit next week. Omggg I have a class at 8.30 am tmr and I am gonna skip gym training even if J's gonna give me hell on Friday for skipping it but I think I seriously need to prioritize. Good night y'all!!
